When editing a current user, Provider Relations may maintain the privileges associated with the User and Provider Number . The Access Privileges associated with Administrators may not be maintained, and will not have an icon available to do so.
To edit the privileges of an existing Supervisor or General User:
Follow the steps outlined in the User Search pages to find the User to be modified and click the hyperlinked name,
on the resulting page, confirm the first name, last name, and user id are those of the desired user,
in the User Access Privileges table, determine the Provider to be maintained and click the Add/Edit Access Privileges icon,
you may change the Access Group for a user simply by marking the radio button for another group,
the access privileges for Supervisors are predetermined and therefore may not be modified.
the access privileges for a General User may be modified to grant either "Full Access" or "No Access" to certain areas of the application,
NOTE: Users associated with a Temporary TSN/ETIN will not have permission to access claim related pages regardless of settings on this page. To process claims, the System Administrator or Provider must contact Provider Relations to obtain a permanent TSN/ETIN.
click Cancel if you do not wish to save your changes and return to the Edit Current Users page or click Submit to save changes and return to the Edit Current Users page.
