Selecting Edit Users from the left hand menu will display the User Search page which has two parts: the Search Criteria and the Search Results.
The top portion of this page contains the data elements that may be entered when searching for a user to maintain. The TSN/ETIN and at least one other field must be entered; however the more data entered, the more accurate the returned results.
Enter the TSN/ETIN and at least one of the following fields: Provider Number, User ID, or User's Last Name. Click Search.
If no search criteria were entered, "Enter TSN and at least one other field" will be displayed.
If no accounts were found matching the search criteria entered, "No Users Found" will be displayed.
If accounts were found, the Search Results will be populated with the Primary Administrator account created during the Enrollment process, and subsequent end-user accounts created by the System Administrator.
The lower portion of the page will contain the table of Current Users, which were found in the ePACES system using the data entered in the Search Criteria portion of the page. This table contains the User ID, User Name, TSN/ETIN, and all associated Provider Number (s) for each user account found.
Clicking the hyperlinked User ID will open the Edit Current User page, where the specific account may be viewed or edited. NOTE: A non-hyperlinked User ID indicates that this user has been inactivated and can no longer be maintained.
