Edit Current User
The first step in editing a user is finding the User ID on the User Search page. Once you have found the User whom you wish to edit, and click on the hyperlinked ID, this main Edit User page is displayed. NOTE: If a User ID has been inactivated, it will no longer be editable and therefore will not be displayed as a hyperlink. This page contains the user information the First and Last name, along with the User ID. Also available is a table of User Access Privileges for the account. Each
Provider Number
will be listed individually with the corresponding Provider Name and Access Group for the User ID.

Inactivate User
Unlock a User AccountIn the case where a user has locked their account and cannot log into ePACES, Provider Relations has the ability to Unlock the User Account. Clicking Unlock User on the Edit Current User page will display the Unlock Confirmation page. This is often done in tandem with the Change Password process.
Promote a User to AdministratorProvider Relations may, at the request of a Provider's System Administrator or Contact, promote a Supervisor or General User to the role of Administrator. As there is no way to undo this task, confirmation is critical.
